Commercial Terms & Payment Milestone Structure
To ensure mutual commitment and clear accountability, fixed-scope consulting projects follow a standard two-milestone schedule:
- Milestone 1 (50% Deposit): Due upon execution of the consulting agreement and mutual non-disclosure protocol, securing our audit team's calendar allocation.
- Milestone 2 (50% Final): Due upon delivery of the comprehensive technical findings document and completion of the live architecture debrief workshop.
